Yes I think some might get out when FDA approval comes through, but I believe most will hold like yourself as there is great potential.....

I think it will be the day traders that might get out on the news.....

As to dilution, VLA has around 500 million shares whereas PRR has around 700 million...So VLA could dilute by another 200 million at it would still be no worse off than PRR... and it is trading at 23.5c

I am not worried and will hold for the long term....maybe 2 to 3 years and look out...IMO DYOR
