    JDVic, Chachabear is absolutely correct..."vulnerable to takeover"!

    And, you know what happens to share prices of companies targeted for takeover (rhetorical question)!

    The share price goes in one direction....

    and that is straight UP!

    But don't listen to me, just expressing my own opinion. Best to DYOR.
