Possibly right, but still doesn't explain the lack of buyers at these prices - why wouldn't a sensible buyer be taking advantage of this so called short term situation of TOL selling? Should be an opportunity to get a decent stake at a good price - opportunities like this don't come around often. Must be afraid of something. Earnings clarification/upgrade on back of oil prices or something similar by the company might be nice; AGM not until 28/11.
