Not sure your claim makes any sense. You do realise that Qantas has some large int investors too (such as Blackrock) and that their share price has been suppressed for quite some time because the 35% foreign ownership cap due to the 1992 Qantas sales act? They also don’t have foreign state owned airlines holding 20% each on the register which I suppose is the moot point here...
