They'll be lucky to have enough of a business to keep a quarter of their planes in operation over the next 12 months. The Club won't be opening back up any time. Business class will be business in name only. Your platinum membership will just mean you have the word platinum on your card.

Those 10k jobs they are trying to save, won't be saved even if they are bailed out. VAH will be lucky to save half of those jobs. Hence why the Government is hesitant to bail it out.

Even with a bailout VA will still be paying money to get out of leases, debt covenants for buying back Velocity, etc.

If they think running a no frills operation is going to work, well there's JQ for them to compete against.
