    I would read it as the total cost of entry of $145M at an AVERAGE of 44 cents per share. $145M at an average of 44 cents per share equates to 329,545,454 shares of which 202,000,000 were at 51 cents. The rest presumably were picked up over time at an average price of around 33 cents. Just my guess.
