Things have been very quiet on the news front, since Virginia “committed suicide”. I do not believe that she did.
Along the road, I met two beautiful young ladies who had a similar awful start to their lives. One is dead, the other probably too. VG was an amazing strong woman, who refused to just see herself as a victim, but used her experience to try and help others and make the hideous abusers accountable.
She was on the verge of setting up a retreat for survivors of sexual abuse, so I have read. She was excited about the future. But she knew too much and was a liability which made her a sitting duck. So very sad.
