I presume you are referring to the legal action taken out against the Australian approx 2 years ago.

According to Michael West of the Australian at the time of ther furore, the purpose of the court case was to prevent any more negative comments appearing in the papers. There was much more to add to the story but could not be told due the the legal action. It was basically a 'holding action'.

To date you would have to say that its purpose was been executed perfectly as the additional stuff has yet to come to light. There would be no benefit in bringing the case forward as it would not be in the intrests of VTI.
