previous market cap 371 divided by 1601 shares = .23 cps
I was holding off on COK due to funding uncertainty. This looks like a pretty good outcome but I am concerned about the extent of the dilution.
This is a big vote of confidence by SKN (if they go ahead) because they are actually paying .535 for a share worth .23. The big question is by how much will the new funding certainty increase the value of the company versus the huge dilutionary effect.
Overall looking good but interested in others thoughts.
