    If you issue shares at a 40% PREMIUM there is no dilution...in fact the shares you owned previously are now worth more by the issue premium as Legume's calculation shows. If you are worried about some sort of overhang discount because you have a large investor with a large stock parcel (eg Future Fund in Telstra) then SK arent buying COK to trade it, its a strategic move on their part.
