    Hi vinnie,

    When I started this thread I discussed that the big announcement that you refer to involved a massive dilution, even if it was at a premium.

    On the pre announcement market cap/value of the company the value of existing shares is, in theory, dramatically reduced. This is counterbalanced by the funding certainty and extra cash in the bank that the company will add.

    Just my opinion.

    I've got a buy order in at 35.5 for the time being
