Per OP, he held the share since early 2020, so I guess he is still holding at least 1 bag. Early 2020, VR1 was around 2 cents. So OP is still in a pretty good position.
Maybe he just wanted a little pump before EOFY, so he can get out and use 50% CGT discount.
Or maybe, this is a ghosted account from the disgruntled shareholder. Just to stir up some foot traffic in the forum.

Apple WWDC is in less than 13 hours now. So will see what the BOD will pull off, they probably will stay up all night watching the livestream, then try to link any of their product to the xrOS and headset.
I personally wouldn't convinced by that, unless they actually sent someone over to the WWDC to attend and get hands on of the headset,
