Respect, respect, respect for Indy. For the 2020 report " The employment contract with the Executive Chairman stiplulates that a maximum of 20% of that years fixed remuneration should be paid to the Executive Chairman if all the KPI's are satisfied. The Executive Chairman was therefore entitled to a STI of $80,000 but chose to receive a bonus of $15,000". Can someone please cite a similar example for an ASX company ? Indy doesn't talk the talk, he walks the walk without fanfare, seriously impressive. He actually has respect for shareholders, a very rare situation.
