    VRT has announced its first earnings accretive ofshore acquisition in Ireland - paid a normalised multiple of around 7.75 times EBITDA for a 70% stake in SIMS IVF. Management driving business growth, making an effort to proactively increase shaeholder wealth and assist in diversifying away from local business risk factors.

    18 months after VEI capital raising, market still waiting for some evidence of execution of a growth stategy.
