Visa notified ISX of the breach? No.

Instead, Visa merely advised the ASX that they have manually transferred information from their Visa Europe division to Visa Australia. I know some holders desperate want Visa to deem it as a breach but there is absolutely no evidence of this. They transferred them so that they could be handed over to ASIC as per their request under s19 and s33 notices.

The rest are just your opinions.

In my view the independent report was an absolutely useless exercise because it excluded the key contracts. It was an absolute waste of time especially when you remember that the performance shares and the key contracts are inextricably linked. Remember, for the relevant period only six, yes six, customers contributed to 96.5 percent if not all of the revenue. They were:

    1. TraderQ (litigated by ASIC)
    2. OTcapital (litigated by ASIC)
    3. Fcorp (Marked as scam by ASIC, shutdown by German reg.)
    4. Nona (Marked as scam by ASIC, shutdown by German reg.)
    5. Immo
    6. Corp destination (I suggest you read the details on this one)

Some with shared links to Rodeler, Hoch capital, etc as per the SOR.

Then we have what I personally got from FT:

Based on the SOR, most of the revenue did not come from the customers themselves but from completely unknown third party entities. Some were shared between supposedly separate customers. Most of the payments were "piecemeal" as per the SOR.

What bank was used by ISX? KAB, which was the biggest financial scandal in Danish history.
