Visa’s Data Breach of ISX Customer Data, page-50

G'day CO... this appears to raise the significance of ASIC action wrt ISX... hitherto, as far as I could ascertain, the ASIC investigation was not evidenced and so I considered it to be a rumour propagated by ASX.

But why would Visa EU use Visa Au as a conduit for passing the information to ASIC?

If ASIC has such powers to obtain such data, why would they not go direct to ISX and require that information? Why such a circuitous path?
