Visa’s Data Breach of ISX Customer Data, page-6

ASX says this is promotional, political or tendentious and does not suit the guidelines of the ASX. I would disagree since the fact that ISX's customer data has been passed around from country to country and entity to entity, then this could be a material breach of the confidentiality of ISX's data. I would think it would have huge ramifications as well for VISA and could indicate that it has no regard for NDA and data protection laws. I won't touch VISA with a ten-foot pole.
