I have been told that they scared of Quadpay (Z1P) as it's gaining lots of traction and eroding their Market share which is going to get worse over time- their easiest option would be to buy them out- it's still very affordable at these prices- but they need to act now, before it's too late. They are a global player and won't be going anywhere.
