re: 24 million shares out of escrow not true, technically it didn't have to fill the gap but obviously mgmnt haven't a clue about the need for timeliness & how they are perceived from past experience... that's the message I've already personally conveyed & was hoping others might take the trouble to think about doing yesterday.... I believe JG will deliver but it could now be ugly in the interim with a lot of good momentum wasted..
