    So far Paypal has failed to make a dent into Afterpay's popularity - in fact the app has gained in popularity in the USA in the recent weeks and is now a mainstay in the Top 20 app charts for shopping. Will be interesting to see who wins out - bears who say it's just an unprofitable commodity service? or bulls who say Afterpay is a must-have for young customers who will stick with the company no matter what?
