it is interesting tho

visa stopped processing in march (was it march?)
when all the paperwork was fine
when the contractual arrangements were still in force and did not expire for another 6 months odd
when the terms of the existing contract had not changed (valid for another 6 months, unless some existing clause was triggered?... which clause?)

but visa just cut-off access to the rail with a contracted customer with valid licences. really strange to me?????
