Johnny, How could the company be in negotiations with respect to the PB if there is no certainty of 100% of the title? I would expect that any interested companies would be doing a thorough due diligence examination of the company's operations and any JV would be pending resolution of the dispute and that may not happen anytime soon. Besides we don't know how many prospective joint partners the company has been in discussion with. There could be a whole string of them. Does this mean that shareholders should be left in the dark interminably whilst this all plays out?
