its not unusual... this should have gone straight over 20 on day 1. But some smart and big cash decided to peg it and suck out what they could before they let it go. Not hard to do with such nervy daytraders making up most of the market now days. They have soaked and soaked and soaked every since. If ever you needed confidence a stock had a big run coming... its when they soak the sh%t out of it like this.
