We'll have to wait another few days to see the next substantial holder.
I've seen it before with HWH in particular where a low volume stock exchanged 40mil in volume in one day to a new holder during market hours with an agreed upon exchange.
Seemed to happen at 2.5c with the odd retail seller leaving and buying.
