0.01% to 0.02% of OGX capital being reported on Shortman as being shorted. No I for one won't be too worried until that figure gets up towards that of DMP for instance at 15%. My previous conclusion that OGX could not be shorted was based on the official ASIC daily cumulative short positions report for the current financial year. OGX isn't on the list.
I have now noticed that Shortman sources their data from ASIC, ASX and apparently other third party data providers. I always thought that regulations required that all short positions had to be reported to ASIC. Have been wrong before, so I would be surprised if I was wrong on this one as well.
