How are they going to pump those chunks on the feed hopper? They're not!

Old mate with the rake is feeding the plant at about 250kg an hour, not 25 t.

The ground product is being pumped from the sluice box into what I presume is the original mill. Whether it's going into the tails pump or the gravity circuit is anyone's guess.

It looks to me like the hammer mill should be behind a primary crusher and vibrating screen with crusher return. Maybe longer term the hammer mill will be plonked in the original circuit and produce the finely ground ore which it seems was lacking before.

If not why not just use the original circuit at a slower rate, get the grind size down and put some tonnes through. Truck some of those tailings across and start proving up the 10 g/t story.
