They don't as a rule make any fuss when you take them to be put down. Well they're usually so sick they are happy just to lie there. I've been through that too many times. A couple of years back it was 4 old dogs within a twelve month. I was a cot case by the time it came to the last one. I swore then no more pets, but then this stray/feral cat wandered in looking for a feed.
