I know that tradies and other small businesses etc are guilty of skimming, but I would doubt that it would occur xcessively in franchise related business especially RFG. The franchisor has a direct relationship with the till and would know exactly what cash is crossing the counter. There would be checks (not cheques) put in place by the franchisor to ensure that they wouldnt be ripped off. Perhaps an ex franchisee could confirm ?
