Because when I bought in back in 2006 the company was under Michael Sherlock’s management and the takings and profit of a franchise was significantly better the a stand alone bakery on average
I did a business case study and two business plans believed in the brand and went for it
I didn’t believe that it would ever be in the franchiser best interest to put there profits ahead of mine
