Hello everyone,

l have traded shares for the first time in my life about 4 weeks ago, as l'm learning l have a few questions regarding VIT
l purchased a small parcel last week @$1.96 as soon as l did it dropped like a brick, anyway at least it seems on its way north again.
Question is regarding dividends l was holding these shares before 02/03 ex div date and see 31/03 pay div now this may be a silly question but do l get paid $1.69 per share even if l sell the shares now or soon ?
Please excuse my basic questions l thank you in advance.
