Tyrone, Just to add to that. About 2 weeks ago I had a broker contact me. That Broker follows VTG and knows that I have a decent sized holding. He enquired as to whether or not I'd be interested in selling any as he has some buyers lined up looking for some largish parcels. The indicative price at the time was abut $2.48. I declined. My only possible concern with the upcoming results announcement is the prospects for the generous special dividends that we've seen in the past. My recollection is that they mentioned recently a less than helpful tax ruling on using franking credits for the DRP's going forward. I'm not an expert so DYOR on that. This is definitely not a down-ramp. I'm very happy and I'm likely to continue holding. $3.20 sound nice......
