sportswear shop won't do well. Sector overcrowded.
Over Christmas break i spent time in both Grand Central and Clifford Gdns shopping centres in Toowoomba. I've always known the Telstra shop in GC is almost always crowded and customers have to wait. Unfortunately it is owned by TLS but hopefully VTG can buy it as TLS offloads more stores. CG shop also busy and I confirmed it is VTG store. But GC is jewel in the crown re Toowomba darling Downs. Big staff and always busy.
Re VTG i'm expecting a strong 1Hfy17 but all eyes will be on outlook statement.
