Question to the seasoned IPO players on here. I take it most of you are staggers but obviously you are forced to hold some of your seed long term (escrow 12-24 months). When taking your quick stag do you take into account how much equity you have locked away for up to two years and does that determine what percentage of total stock you are willing to sell short term?
