Look I might be missing something here but if Shanghai Pharma see so much future growth potential in Vitaco why are we selling? Or at least with a market cap of $10 billion let SPhama factor in this growth potential and as the buyers point out" Exceptional reputation for developing and manufacturing high quality nutritional products" at least pay a premium for that unrealised growth potential! Let's say $3
So let's not give it away this time but keep the company in Australian/New Zealand hands and develop that growth at home or hold out for a decent price!
