    Sure Kos, self funding is the plan and I hope things go to plan for TIS management - something needs to go perfectly to plan for once.

    BUT, being the Devil's advocate here - we have had some delays to CE Mark - which are now biting into effective sales time - which means the end of the year is getting closer. Without the sales there is no cash which increases the chance of needing further capital, or, at the minimum delays the start of the trials by another couple of months.

    However, there is more than one way to skin a cat and maybe the additional capital without having to do a placement or share offer to existing holders. In my experience, placements tend to push the SP down to the placement price, making the discount to market pointless. Maybe TIS will go down the convertible note route, with someone like Quintiles providing the capital.
