Morningstar have issued a long report on the IPO, they are quite bullish and put a value on them at 3.00 dollars a share,
i view this as a major positive as they can at times be quite negative on IPO candidates.With the potential IPO of the Woolworths petrol business down the road, the investment banks will be keen to make this one a success so as to get a ticket on the next one, there will also have to be index buying which will help support it, these larger IPO seldom come on at a large discount, i am tipping a modest premium on debut.
