I saw the same article, and I had the same thoughts.
I also pick up a few bad signs.
IPOs in Europe did not happens due to lack of interest, and Vivo energy IPO (Vitol's Africa) fell significantly (London stock exchange) in a first few weeks after listing (despite that initially was oversubscribed)
Also I don't like differed settlement for first week-looks like they are really in a hurry for some reason.

I still have an interest, but prefer to join later on - most likely I will not participate in this IPO
