VIX-ERG answer on our class action group, letter Attached.

In the rely e-mail, we can see that ---
1.They deceived ERG shareholders at any way as they like.
In the Notice AGM in Nov 2008, They promise ERG shareholders with 50% ordinary shares in VIX-ERG (in page 8), “ VIX-ERG will have two ordinary shareholders, ERG and VIX…” in section 2.6.3 of page 9.
But now they say ERG shareholders are not VIX-ERG shareholders. This is a new evidence of misleading.

2. The finance report must reveal ERG assets true value ($310.8 millions) much more than $115 millions. That should belong ERG shareholders. They can’t hid the report forever.

We will keep the class action to get back our assets of ERG shareholders.
