Good time to buy in for the next leg. You can't say that the tide hasn't turned in the US. Compared to a year ago, things are on the improve. Personally, I'll be puting the other 40% of my cash into the market if it gets to 4,400 or close to it. This is just a pullback. One we needed for the next leg up.
