    the VIX today is 45, was 30 yesterday and was 15 mid march. According to some pundits if VIX gets to 40 its time to tighten up,
    and the magic number is 48, being the bottom of the market sell off , at which level you BUY if you can or SELL to save your self.

    Any other thoughts ?
