it is so absurd beyond belief that the prosecutor begg the judge for mercy on behalf of the defendant.


you can put it down to incompetents (hardly)

you can put it down to politics- and I am willing to bet there were some skeletons that was best not to be uncovered in the event that he was pressed too hard.

so why bother even taking the matter into court if there is no intention to seek justice and a fair punishment which is befitting the crimes committed.

why not just reward him for being funny.

what about the $2.7 million that he pocketed as a director of multi media which was never declared months after the transaction
