because we pulled back the handle at 85c my inclination is to say the cup and handle break has/is started here at 85 c

so now we just have to sit and wait

ASCO sure is timed well - I did say often a news type event can coinside with the chart pattern break out

by the way once the price has hit over the resistance point the breakout has formed regardless of where it ends (ideally it would be near the high) but price is price and the candle will reflect the high
