VLA TA Thread...Doubles this week?

    I want to open up a chart only thread. Clearly the FA is solid with this one, with broker PTs ranging from 80c-$3.80 (from a 40c share price).

    However, stock just broke a VERY important and long-dated resistance line at 40c.
