This is potentially a more defining announcement than Phase 1, at which time it went up 150% on the day it was announced (I think).

Remember, the maximum is 7 days from today i.e. IND Update was 23 May, maximum 5 days to respond + 30 days to hear back from the FDA. If VLA responded before the 5 days, then the maximum time for the FDA to respond could hence be anytime.

Dangerous trading IMO, a potential trading halt and announcement could be made at any time now.

Bear market jitters are still affecting this stock though (as all others), the volume speaks volumes :)
