I remember someone posted a few months ago, something about big pharma taking over small pharma at big prices wasn't great cause big pharma shareholders wouldn't agree to exorbitant prives.. so to fix it, big pharma buy in in the open market, raise the value of the smaller buyee, to make a decent 50% premium offer instead of 350%..
This helps the shareholders of their large company see value for money...
I hope this sustains and isn't all just traders enthusiasm pushing us up and then dropping us like a stone, when the novelty wares off..
