The ATO is a pretty greedy organisation in Aus and I wouldn't say just because they're accusing Vlado of wrongdoing here it means he has done anything wrong. Some people are prosecuted just because the ATO sees a cash grab opportunity through legal means. I wouldn't judge the competency of management through media articles basically written by the ATO who has to frame him in a certain way and light to win their case.

I always look at actions rather than words, and Vlado has achieved extraordinary things to date with the company and continued to deliver shareholder value.
