This has all the hallmarks of a long protracted Court case and it all looks like the Court will decide, then there will be the dump IMHO but pls DYODD.
Labor Governments love regulation and love the Courts and governance/ compliance. can’t see this happening as a result, they missed the boat, should have got a bigger boat and got it a couple of years back.
