Put yourself in Willy's position. You have been appointed to a board where you have the right to 80k rights now and 120k rights once TZ raise $5m. Lets not even go into the free options.

And what do you have to do for all of this?
Fly, all expenses paid, to Australia. That's all!!

Would you give up 'free money' and resign? Nobody in their right mind would and would definitely expect a golden handshake at the very least.

So now that has been established, we can ask ourselves the important question. 'Why was Willy asked to resign'?

I can only think that the board has somebody better in mind.
