QVT would not agree to this at a price lower than what they have RECENTLY taken notes at.
Which is why you would surely have to agree that buying now, at a 50% discount to what QVT notes are convertible at ($1.20), presents a fantastic opportunity.
For those who can afford to, it is time to average down I would say.
