Brian, whether it looks sweet to management or not is irrelevant. It is the shareholders who will vote on it.
Do you really think QVT will have been going through all of this to make a few cents on their shares? No chance. However, I do agree that a sale is a possibility.
Let's remind ourselves that MB and KT have substantial options available to them at $2 and $3.
